Alan Cox (right), APFS, Aff.SWW, Chartered Financial Planner, established Zenith Asset Management with a clear vision of providing clients with a renewed confidence that a professional financial adviser can add value to their financial planning.
Alan has more than 20 years financial services experience, working for a major high street bank, one of the largest mutual life companies (no longer mutual) as an award winning Senior Wealth Management Consultant, a national IFA and smaller IFA’s.
Alan understands the importance of a high level of knowledge to demonstrate his professionalism. In 2007, Alan attained Chartered Financial Planner status, which is enjoyed by less than 1% of financial advisers today.
The word "zenith" was chosen because it means the highest point in the sky, the peak of.... or the upper most point, which epitomises our values, as we deliver the highest quality service.
The Future
The Financial Services Authority are clearly endeavoring to distinguish between “professional” advisers and the salesmen.
By being Chartered, Alan, is already ahead of the game, however, he is not about to put his feet up and rest. Virtually every day there is a new product or a new investment fund available. Technology improves, economies, tax laws and global markets change minute by minute. As such Alan is determined to keep up-to-date with these changes and apply this knowledge to his advice and recommendations.
Professional Qualifications
Professional qualifications are important in any occupation. They define the ability and level of a service the individual can provide as professional qualifications evidence obtained knowledge, thereby providing you with confidence in the professionals ability.
In-fact several Independent Financial Advisers (IFA's) have referred their clients to us with regards to certain technical aspects of financial planning, such as occupational pension transfer analysis.
