Staff Training

We are proud that 100% of our employees participate in a variety of  development and training events throughout each year.

 

We feel that we have an obligation to our staff and our clients to ensure our team are on a constant development journey.

As a minimum, our staff will complete training in the following areas:

​

  • Vulnerable Persons

  • Systems & process training

  • Anti-bribery procedures

  • Data Security and GDPR training

  • Anti-Money Laundering 

  • Conduct rules

​

We also encourage our team to attend events and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) events provided by external companies, including the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), Personal Finance Society and Compliance First.

​

We like our team to have access to personal development opportunities from reading books, attending webinars, podcasts and attending seminars.​
